Jimmy Paul is deeply committed to improving the lives of all infants and families across Scotland. He has worked in leadership roles across health and social care for nearly ten years. He was a co-chair at the world-leading Independent Care Review, where he led the workforce workstream and generated national recommendations.
He currently works as a consultant at the Centre for Excellence for Children's Care and Protection (CELCIS) and has received international recognition for his values-based leadership by the British Council, the World Economic Forum and the Royal Society of the Arts.
