Debbie has 14 years of experience working specifically within early years settings before moving into family support work in 2014. Debbie is currently a student social worker, and she continues to be dedicated to the wellbeing of children and families. She is passionate about ensuring children receive the best start in life, and that support is provided to help families overcome challenges they are experiencing.
Outside of work, Debbie is Brownie and Guide Leader, a black belt candidate Kuk Sool Won (although she is currently taking a break due to university and Covid-19 restrictions) and a volunteer researcher with a third sector organisation in Edinburgh.
