We, The Cattanach Charitable Trust, a registered charity (charity number SC020902) with our principal office at 15 Warriston Crescent, Edinburgh EH3 5LA (“we” or “us”), provide this website (the “site”).  These terms and conditions (“terms and conditions”) govern the use of the site, including when you register with us on the site and submit a grant application form (“application”) to us.  Please read them now.  If you do not accept these terms and conditions, you cannot use the site.

If you breach any of these terms and conditions, we may stop you from using the site, either temporarily or permanently.
